Can I pay by Cheque?

We accept payment by Cheque from elderly customers only. If you are under 65 you may pay by either Bank Deposit, or with cash. All payments are to be made within 14 days of receiving an invoice for services rendered.

Are your services covered by WINZ?

Yes, many of our services (including gardening) are subsidised by WINZ for those who are eligible. We can assist with the application process.

Do you serve rural areas?

Yes. We are able to travel to rural locations near the Te Awamutu, Otorohanga and Te Kuiti areas. Give us a call if you are interested in receiving support in a rural area.

What is your hourly rate?

We quote out for jobs on an individual basis, as it is often difficult to accurately estimate hours necessary, risks present and equipment required for a job without viewing the location in person.
